Ariana Grande ‘Thank U, Next’ line to launch soon?
We’ve fawned over Ariana Grande’s perfume line and Starbucks drink, but we can’t help it—we want more Ari. So, Thank U, Ariana, but Next, please.
Of course, the pop superstar isn’t one to disappoint.
Ariana Grande is on a roll. In the last year alone, Ari released hit singles ‘No Tears Left to Cry,’ ‘God is a Woman,’ ‘Thank U, Next,’ ‘7 Rings,’ and ‘Break Up with Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored’ from the albums Sweetener (2018) and Thank U, Next (2019).
She also gave four concerts (The Sweetener Sessions, 2018), a record-breaking music video (for ‘Thank U, Next’), and a docu-series about her Dangerous Woman tour. On top of that, she’s headlining the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival—the youngest artist to ever headline, in fact.
But Ari’s nowhere near done. The pop star’s company, GrandAri, put in an application on April 2 to trademark several beauty and body items under the name Thank U, Next. That’s a hint that a ‘Thank U, Next’ line may be on the horizon.
Her fans, of course, are already speculating wildly about what the Thank U, Next line is going to include. Thankfully, Arianators from all over the world won’t have to grasp at straws.
According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, GrandAri’s patent application includes “eau de cologne; eau de parfum; eau de toilette; body lotions, bath gels, shower gels, body scrubs, body powders, body mists” and more.
This isn’t the star’s first foray into fragrances. Ariana previously launched a line of fragrances sold at Ulta Beauty. Lush also launched a bath bomb called “Goddess,” inspired by the ‘God is a Woman’ music video and its pretty set of pastel colors.
There’s no word yet on when her line will come out. After all, Lady Gaga put in a patent for her own line years ago, and she still hasn’t released any beauty products.
Hopes remain high, however, that Ari is going to surprise us with her line—and soon. God truly is a woman, and her name is Ariana Grande.
In the meantime…
There’s no reason to postpone any of your #beautygoals, whether it’s Ari’s sleek high ponytail or her luscious, pink lips.
