Unwanted Or Faded Tattoos? Opm Eraser System Has You Covered
Scars and old, faded tattoos are no match for the Organic Permanent Makeup (OPM) Eraser System.
If you hate how your old tattoos look and want them gone, then the OPM Eraser System is your new best friend.
The OPM Eraser System is painless, leaves no scars, and takes only three to four sessions to get rid of faded tattoos.
Sounds too good to be true? You be the judge!
Here’s everything you need to know about our tattoo eraser system.
What is the OPM Eraser System? How does it work?
The OPM Eraser System works similarly to how microblading or permanent makeup works. It even uses the same equipment as our microblading services!
To get rid of old, discolored, or faded tattoos, microblading artists use a specialized tool to deposit the OPM Eraser into your skin.
The tattoo extraction formula works immediately, pulling the tattoo ink upwards and out of the skin.
A crust then forms over the area. Over the next few weeks, the skin will push out more of the tattoo ink as it heals. The crust will then fall off, taking the ink tattoo ink with it.
The remaining tattoo ink in the skin will also be much closer to the upper layer of the skin, giving your skin an easier time of getting rid of the ink in the next sessions.
Who is eligible for the erasing procedure?
Anyone with Fitzpatrick skin types 1 to 4 is eligible for a tattoo removal session using OPM Eraser System.
We regret that skin types 5 and 6 are disqualified from the treatment for now. Rest assured that OPM is on the lookout for a way to remove tattoos from melanin-rich skin without the risk of scarring.
To inquire about your eligibility, kindly book a free consultation with one of our expert microblading artists.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on the tattoo.
Tattoos generally fade after 3 or 4 sessions, although older tattoos may require more time.
Your microblading artist will provide a more accurate number of required sessions after seeing your tattoo.
What should I expect during and after the treatment?
- Fresher-looking tattoo. Expect the possibility that your tattoo will look darker or more vivid after a treatment. This is due to the ink moving closer to the surface of the skin.
- Itchiness. You may get tempted to scratch or peel the crust following the treatment. Doing so will damage your skin, so prepare distractions for when your skin starts itching.
- Redness. It’s normal for the treated area to have a slightly red and raised appearance for weeks or months after treatment. This is temporary, as the skin will heal naturally with time.
Does the procedure hurt?
The procedure only involves minimal discomfort, as the topical anesthetic will get rid of any pain.
The anesthesia is applied before the treatment. OPM uses its own OPM Numb Freeze Gel, which contains the following ingredients:
Will the procedure leave scars?
No, the OPM Eraser doesn’t leave scars unless you forcibly remove the crust on the treatment area. It is essential to let the skin heal itself, otherwise the treated area will definitely scar.
How long does the procedure take?
Getting your old, faded tattoo removed with the OPM Eraser only takes 1 and 1/2 hours per session.
How long is the interval between sessions?
Depending on the tattoo and on your skin, you’ll need 12 to 16 weeks in between OPM Eraser sessions.
Your microblading artist will give you a more accurate waiting period once they see your tattoo.
The OPM Eraser System is perfect for anyone who wants a non-laser removal treatment for their old, unwanted, or faded tattoos.
